Polls Closed.

by Matt Margolis, October 16th, 2007 at 08:03pm

Polls are closed.

Here’s what I’ve heard so far.

Less than an hour ago, sources told me that one precinct in Dracut, Ogonowski’s hometown, was already over 50%.

When I have more, I will report. My various sources are being very careful, and I can only reveal so much.

No results from the Elections Division of the Secretary of State yet… too soon. Will report on anything I hear that I am allowed to reveal.

UPDATE: Results appearing here.

UPDATE: Quote from source: “Close…”

UPDATE: More news.. Ogonowski reportedly won Dracut 2 to 1. As I reported before, turnout was over 50%

UPDATE: Sources say Ogonowski won Tyngsboro by 14 points.

I just can’t see him winning… as much as I want it.

Lowell Sun is reporting it 52 - 48, Tsongas over Ogo… closer than I would have thought, but I don’t think it’ll be enough. Ogo would have had to jump our early and then have Tsongas catch up.

Oh, and that was at 8:55 I think, with only 30% or so reporting.

Ogonowski needs to go back to doing what he does best… picking corn and potatoes. I’m shocked there are idiots there voting for him.

Yeah, this is Kennedy Country, right New Yorker? …

Anyway, Tsongas is being reported as the winner from Ch. 5. 51-46 with 86% reporting. Too bad, more of the same for the most politically corrupt state in America.
