Tsongas Gave Campaign $50,000 Loan, Ogonowski Closes Financial Gap

The Ogonowski campaign has put out a press release revealing that his campaign has roughly the same amount of cash on hand as the Niki Tsongas campaign. The campaign says that the numbers “reflect Ogonowski’s surge in recent weeks.”

According to the reports, Tsongas has $240,708 cash on hand, and Ogonowski has $221,119.
The real surprising thing about these numbers is that without a $50,000 loan she gave to her campaign Niki Tsongas would have less cash on hand than Ogonowski.
