Deval Patrick’s new budget recommendations have been posted online. Deval promises the budget is gimmick-free, low-carb, low-sodium, but high in perks for himself and his wife.

    I believe the text of the budget recommendations in this post’s hyperlink to be short the full text as presented last night by the Governor on NECN as I’m aware of at least one ommision.
