Increasing, Bolstering, and Boosting the Budget–Oh My!

There seems to be a lot of increasing, bolstering, and boosting in the state budget Deval Patrick is going to be unveiling tomorrow, but where are the cuts, and how are we going to pay for all that increasing, bolstering, and boosting?

Could it be that the “1 billion” deficit was not completely true?
Did someone other than Patrick himself verify this?

Hey Shawn, It was $1.3B for Deval, what a piker!
Healey/Romney had a $3 billion deficit, they knew if your going to lie, lie BIG.
